May Madonna

This Madonna is Mary, mother of Jesus...St. Mary the Virgin, the Blessed Virgin Mary, Saint Mary, Mary Mother of God or the Virgin Mary...so many names for her. I painted this the month of May, which is the month that the Catholic Church holds special for her, with devotionals including the crowning of Mary with flowers.
